Before partnering with Eco Candle, their Klaviyo account was in rough shape. The owner was managing email marketing themselves and could barely keep up. Core flows hadn’t been updated in a long time, email designs were outdated and cluttered (basic layouts with too much information crammed in), deliverability was poor, and emails were mostly sent only during sales.

The first thing we did was focus on the foundation; building five new pop-ups for different audiences, creating new segments, and consistently email engaged segments to stabilize deliverability. From there, we implemented more advanced strategies—launching value-driven email campaigns, A/B testing signup forms, building core flows, and other more advanced flows. The result? Revenue spiked, brand perception improved(all thanks to our designs), and deliverability climbed to nearly 85%.
